Golden Years is a 70-bed nursing facility located in Hamilton, Ohio. We offer 24/7 skilled nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, IV therapy, memory care, and much more to enhance quality of life. Joining your family in the care of your loved one is a privilege we welcome and value. From the admissions process to the discharge process, our staff is here to answer any questions and to assist the resident and their families through the transition.

Our Rehabilitation Department assists our residents in achieving their maximum potential and prepares them for entry back to the community. Our approach to rehabilitation combines clinical expertise including multi-discipline therapy professionals teamed with our experienced skilled nursing staff. Each member of our interdisciplinary team contributes to the well-being and care of our residents.

When an individual with memory impairment needs a more secure environment, our unit provides the nursing care and involvement for each resident and their family that is needed. Our unit is self-contained and offers space for dining and recreational programs, as well as living areas that encourage socialization. Our goal is to maintain an environment that is structured yet maximizes independence.
