July Employee of the Month

Our skilled nursing facility is humbled to provide exceptional care to our community in Hamilton, Ohio. To do so, we know that we must fill our team with employees dedicated to our Culture of Care. This month, one employee exemplified these values and stood out to co-workers and residents. We'd like to recognize Teresa Mullins as our July Employee of the Month!

Teresa works in our memory care unit and truly has a heart of gold. She loves her residents and provides exceptional care to them, as well as a lot of emotional support to their families. We are beyond lucky to have someone like Teresa on our team and most importantly, part of our family here at Golden Years.

Shoutout to all of our employees for providing such wonderful care and compassion to our residents. We are so thankful for each staff member in each department. From laundry to nursing, maintenance, and so on, they all make an impact. We couldn't do it without every single one of them!
